Handling Returns

An inherent part of each magic effect is the secret, which, unfortunately cannot be returned. Therefore, all products designated as a trick or magic trick may only be returned for replacement because of defects in workmanship.

All sales of magic are final and caveat emptor or "buyer beware" is the rule. Any defective item will be replaced if returned with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to honor credit card return policies for reasons other than defect or damage. If there is a quality issue, we will also endeavor to make it right. We test and use every product we sell before we offer it for sale. Items which do not meet our rigid standards are not placed on our price list. If, after you purchase an item and find it to be defective or of poor quality, we will offer you the opportunity to return it for refund or replacement.

All items that we manufacture are warranted to be free of workmanship defects for one full year and we will replace it at our expense. If it doesn't do what or how we say it will, you don't own it. It's that simple. We make the best effort to tell you the difficulty to perform and just how much skill and practice will be needed. In short, "If you ain't happy, then we ain't happy!!" Our reputation has been built on fair pricing, good quality, and satisfied customers. We sleep well at night!!
