How to Plan Shipping Costs

Shipping charges will be included in your total sale as follows.

Shipping will be "best way" for specific items and will include shipping and handling except as otherwise noted.  We ship throughout the United States via UPS or USPS, depending upon which is best for the situation or product.  Sorry, but we cannot ship UPS to a post office box.

There is no shipping charge for catalogs and mailable items up to 2 ounces.

Up to US $10.00 US $4.95
10.01 to 25.00 6.95
25.01 to 45.00 7.95
45.01 to 70.00 9.95
70.01 to 95.00 11.95
95.01 to 150.00 13.95
Over 150.00 15.95
2nd day Air - Add 9.00

There may be an additional shipping charge for especially large or heavy items.  These will be noted for individual items.

  • Example:  Flash or fire items have a "hazardous materials" charge imposed by shippers.

  • Example:  The box alone for one complete table setup costs us $5.00 plus packing materials ... goes oversized by UPS regulations ... is figured as though it weighs 30 lb even though is is only about 15 lb. ... and it even costs extra to ship to a residence.

Shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska or any foreign country must be quoted in advance on a one time only basis. It is our belief that shipping cost have got out of hand for all of us. We have done our best to keep these costs down, but they go up about twice each year.

Please allow 8 to 10 days for standard delivery.  If you have questions regarding your order, such as backorder status, please contact us.

Whenever an item arrives from any source, you should always inspect the packaging.  If the package is damaged, but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing for it.  If it appears that the merchandise might be damaged, then refuse the delivery and contact us.

Also call us if you discover as you open the package.  You should keep all packing material until you are satisfied with the condition and performance of the item.  If you keep the packaging, it will make it easier to return the item if it later becomes necessary.
