The Table The World Awaited


    

Dancing Spring Tables offer several unique features to simplify your setup and breakdown, while still assuring you of maximum stability.  Great looks, too.

There are no bolts, set screws, etc. holding this table together. Everything is held by the tapered top and bottom of the column. They are extremely stable and can be lifted onto a stage without coming undone. A twist of the wrist releases the column for break-down.

Standard flange is 8" heavy cast aluminum and that table will easily hold 150 lb. (flange #1). Two of these bases are used for my "Floating Fantasy Levitation" which weighs over 200 lb with the girl and rolls around like a feather!!

Machined flange #2 has the same taper as standard flange and is used where you need something smaller or less conspicuous. This is especially helpful when using a prop with a false bottom (such as doves to rabbit) where the larger flange would be more noticeable and give away the false bottom.

Machined flange #3 has the taper cut out and a ridge machined in so that the standard column may be cut down if a shorter table is needed (see photo 02 for example). Standard height of all tables from floor to top is approx: 35-1/2 inches. We initially designed flange # 3 for Jason Byrne since he needs tables of varying heights for the bird show.

Shows breakdown for packing
       
Tops: 18 x 18" felt & velour top - 3/8" plywood covered with heavy felt. The foulards are crushed velvet with a 2" gold fringe. The foulard is not attached so it may be removed or used to cover something, etc. All other tops are 3/4" natural red oak plywood, with a black lacquered bottom and black melamine laminated top. Edge is heavy chrome plated vinyl bumper molding
